Before you ask, no the title of this article is not a pun based on the fact that Luke Cage was once put in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. It’s the Luke Cage Netflix series baby.
We have a a release date people! Can you say Awesomeo?
The news comes from the red carpet of the Daredevil season 2 premiere in New York City last week in which the Luke Cage actor Mike Colter let fans know the date the Marvel Netflix show will be with this.
Whether this is a slip up or a planned publicity stunt, who knows – in fact, who cares??? – but we have a premiere date.
It was made in the below video of the Daredevil premiere event. About 2 minutes 10 seconds into the video, you’ll be able to hear Mike Colter revealed the date.
He says:
“It’s going to be action-packed, from beginning to the very end. Trust me. ‘Daredevil’ premieres March 18, and I will see the fans on September 30th.”
