Last week we reported that Mark Hamill had publicly declared his interest in reprising his iconic role as The Joker in DC’s latest animated Batman movie The Killing Joke and today, DC have made it happen!
Can you say awesomeo?
Hamill quit the role some years back (but continued to voice The Joker in the Batman Arkham Asylum games) and it hurt fans across the world. Why? Well, a lot of people considered Hamill to be the true Joker – a perfect portrayal of the perfect villain, taken directly from the comic books. A lot of people STILL believe that.

ANYWAY, Collider are reporting that thge fans prayers have indeed been answered. They said that after writing about Hamill’s desire to portray the character, “…sources reached out to us and confirmed that Hamill has already recorded his voice acting for the film, which is due out direct-to-video next year.”
