That’s right folks, definitely not bitter about being the only Marvel heores NOT to be appearing in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Hulk and Thor are set to team up for Thor: Ragnarok.
Awesome sauce!
Deadline are reporting today that Marvel are very close in closing a deal with Mark Ruffalo in order to bring him and his big green friend (The HULK, to avoid confusion 😛 ) to Thor: Ragnarok.
The rumours have been circulating about this all over the interwebs for a couple of weeks now and judging by this announcement, it’s virtually set it stone.
Personally, I’m all for it but at this point I have no idea what role The Hulk will play alongside the Norse God.
After Avengers: Age of Ultron, The Hulk jumped off into the distance. Perhaps Thor offers the big, green, muscle machine a chance for peace? Perhaps Thor needs banners help for science stuff? MAYBE, Ruffalo believes the world can no longer contain the Hulk so turns to Thor as a means of getting a way from the world and having the norse god’s contain the monster?
Pure speculation at this point, but the addition of Ruffalo to the cast is always a good thing. I’m eager to see what they do with this.
