Guardians of the Galaxy was arguably one of the best Marvel movies for me. I LOVED it. It had everything I could want in a movie – action, adventure, comedy, sci-fi and all-round geekery.
I have to admit, it might’ve even edged The Avengers as my favourite Marvel movie to date. I know I may be in the minority with that one, but I don’t much care. I LOVED it.
So imagine my delight when news of the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 script being completed popped up on my Facebook timeline.
Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is scheduled to hit the cinema’s on May 5th 2017 and already I cannot wait. Despite all the Marvel and Star Wars awesomeness in between, I suspect my patience to wear real thin waiting for Guardians of the Galaxy 2 to arrive.
But in the meantime, I guess I’ll have to make do with super cool snippets such as this image from the entirely awesome James Gunn.
