This past week has been a flurry of Batman vs Superman geekery. It started with the Batman vs Superman teaser trailer this past weekend and now we have a first official look at Ben Affleck’s Batsuit from the movie.
Not to mention a couple of SO Geekin’ Awesome promo posters from the movie.
So let’s start with the posters…
As you can see the posters have been made to look like old-school paper posters, each containing bubbles and creases where the paper hasn’t been pasted down properly. Also, you’ll notice that each of them has the other hero’s logo ripped into the faces, which just goes to add to the forthcoming rivalry between the two characters.
I can see why Snyder decided to share these with us AFTER the awesome teaser trailer (which you can see at the end of the post).
Now let’s take a look at the first official release of the Batsuit from the movie.
Awesome isn’t it? Arguably one of the truest comic book representations of the Batsuit in the movies to date…and it needed to be.
With all the things that are going on in this movie, staying true to the comic books is going to be a must and something Warner Bros have finally realised will curry them more favour with my fellow geeks at the box office.
