Batman Vs Superman has been bringing a lot of hype to the table in the last couple of months and with it, DC Comics look to gain a foothold in the struggle of comic book movie dominance.
Of course, Marvel currently hold the reigns of power and don’t look to be giving THAT up any time soon – but will Batman Vs Superman be the beginning of the end?
Who knows.
But what I DO know is: this Batman Vs Superman Animated Trailer brings the awesome.
Whilst Marvel have been bringing the awesome in the movie world, DC Comics (backed by parent company Warner Bros) have been quietly bringing the awesome in the animated movies.
From Batman, Superman, Batman AND Superman to Justice League, DC’s animated movies have been top notch over recent years.
One of the main contributing factors has to be the fact that they’re covering all of the coolest and classic DC storyline’s that are out there.
Another factor has to be the fact that the vocal talent they employ in these animated movies is top notch.
From James Woods (who stole the whole damn show ins Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths) to Nathan Fillion (who has vopiced Green Lantern a number of times now) to Peter Weller (who portrays the older Batman in Dark Knight Returns excellently).
Fun Fact: Gotham’s Ben McKenzie (Jim Gordon) voice the young Batman in Batman: Year One.
I’m talking about DC’s awesome array of animated movies just to bring to light how truly awesome this Batman Vs Superman trailer truly is.
