So last night, Hugh Jackman decided to tease his last ever portrayal of one of his most iconic roles, Wolverine, and he did it in a rather spectacular way.

A few weeks back at San Diego Comic-Con, Jackman gave a sentimental speech about portraying Logan on the big screen and announced that he would play him one last time in the final Wolverine movie, which is scheduled to be released at some point in 2017.
When the movie is released, it will be the ninth time Jackman has played the character (which includes his X-Men: First Class cameo), raising his own record for the most times a comic book character has been played by the same actor in theatrical films.
But more importantly, there are very strong rumours that this final Wolverine movie will be based on the entirely awesome Old Man Logan storyline. If you haven’t read it go do it: it was epic.
