Yesterday an article from GQ circulated around the interwebs regarding an interview they undertook with the legendary Star-Lord AKA Chris Pratt. In it, Pratt dropped a serious Marvel bombshell.
Pratt will be in Marvel Movies beyond Guardians of the Galaxy 2.
Can you say awesomeo?
Things are looking up from Pratt. Last Summer he got his dance on in arguably one of the best movies Marvel have ever produced. It managed to gross over $774,176,60 worldwide from a meager budget of $170,000,000 – the very definition of a summer blockbuster.
This year, Pratt is going to star in another movie which some say is destined to be a blockbuster – Jurassic World. But what about beyond that? What does the future hold for the awesome Mr. Pratt?
In the interview with GQ, Pratt revealed a little more than perhaps he should have regarding his future with Marvel.
He said:
“I’m tied to doing three more, or five more, Guardians Of The Galaxy or whatever it is, you know, two more Guardians plus another couple”.
So not only are we getting a Guardians of the Galaxy 2, but we’re getting a Guardians of the Galaxy 3? I sure as hell hope so!
But what about the other movies mentioned? What will they be?
My guess? Avengers: Infinity War parts 1 & 2. It makes sense. It’ll be a movie about Thanos and his infinity gems and as well all know one or two members of Guardians of the Galaxy have major beef with the Mad Titan.
