“It’s a rebellion, isn’t it? I rebel,” is a quite that comes from a Star Wars Rogue One trailer and is said by Jyn Erso, a soldier for the Rebellion.
According to the Star Wars wiki page, her involvement in Rogue One is thus:
“After the Alliance learned of the construction of the Death Star, an armored battle station capable of destroying entire planets, Erso was assigned by a leader of the Alliance, Mon Mothma, to learn more about the test of the weapon. As a result, Erso became involved in the theft of the Death Star plans that ultimately led to the destruction of the Death Star during the Battle of Yavin.”
Exciting, right?
Apparently Jyn Erson has been on her own from the age of 15 years old, and as result has developed a reckless and rebellious streak, which I’m sure made her a natural candidate to join the Rebellion!
Seriously though, her character sounds awesome and I can’t wait to see her in action in Rogue One.
